OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH PROGRAMS

The Out-of-School Youth Programs are also available to assist Workforce Investment Act (WIA) eligible candidates between the ages of 19-21 years who are high school dropouts or have received a high school diploma but are basic skills deficient, unemployed or underemployed and unable to reach a self-sufficiency wage.
