CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES

FOR COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE OF PIKE COUNTY BAILEY SQUARE WELLNESS CAMPUS

The Community Action Committee of Pike County (CAC) is seeking a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for a Wellness Campus in Waverly, Ohio. The selected CMAR will need to coordinate their services and work with CAC and their selected architectural firm for the Project, OHM Advisors, during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the Project. CAC is soliciting the submittal of proposals from firms that provide CMAR services and have a proven track record of performing as a CMAR on projects similar to the project.

The Community Action Committee is proud to announce the COAD Scholarship for 2024.

David V. Stivison (1946 – 1997) was a former COAD employee, a native of Hocking County, Ohio, and a graduate of Ohio University and Harvard Law School. The David V. Stivison Appalachian Community Action Scholarship Fund was created as a tribute to David’s pursuit of academic excellence and his commitment to help others achieve their fullest potential. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are residents of the 30 counties in the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development service area and want to attend college but lack the required resources.
