Pike County has received Water Bill Assistance funds through

Community Service Block Grant.

CLIENT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Photo ID

  •  Social security cards for all household members

  •  Income for the last 30 days for all household members.

  •  Current disconnect notice.

  • Proof of co-pay (if applicable)

  • Document of responsibility (if applicable)

    PLEASE NOTE:

     You must have all required documentation at the time of your appointment

    This assistance is meant to help as many eligible customers as possible in a crisis situation. Households are eligible for one-time assistance though the program year, not to exceed the $200 benefit amount.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF INCOME:

If you receive Wages (including salaries, tips, commissions, and/or bonuses), Social Security, SSI, SSDI (even received by child), Pension, Retirement, OWF/TANF, Unemployment, Employment Disability, Worker's Compensation, Utility Reimbursement from your apartment complex, IRA Profits, Divorce Settlements, Alimony, Active Military Pay, Rental Income. GROSS INCOME VERIFICATION FOR THE LAST 90 DAYS (PAY STUBS, AWARD LETTERS, BANK STATEMENT SHOWING DEPOSIT, PAYMENT PRINTOUT OR STATEMENT FROM ISSUING AGENCY).

If you have no income (Self-Declaration of income worksheet, Monetary/Household Assistance Letter, Food Assistance statement).
